Flex Air’s Transformed Web Presence

By providing Flex Air with a dynamic and innovative website theme that is unique and engaging Aqaba was able to truly enhance the user experience (UX). The newly overhauled user journey on the site allowed audience members to land on the page, and quickly gain a perspective on Flex Air capabilities and corporate culture through a full resolution video showcase. As the user scrolls they see a six image industry panel that shows many of the verticals Flex Air is highly qualified in. 

When a user hovers over these cards then the entirety of the six card rectangle becomes one image and provides information about the technical capabilities of Flex Air in that industry. This industry specific approach to Flex Airs website allows for the connection to multiple types of user avatars without excluding a large portion for just one. 

Given Flex Air’s networking approach using expos and conventions for customer acquisition. This approach to the website allows Flex to connect with their audience in a hyper targeted way based on specific characteristics that matter most in driving their business.

Flex Air’s newly designed website launched November 1st, 2022 resulting in a vastly improved user experience and customer journey on the new website. Within 60 days of launch Flex Air has seen a 27.5% increase in average user engagement time on their website. 

With the integration of Flex Air’s Careers page we were able to drive an increase in traffic to their job listings and make the user journey to finding the right job efficient and simple. With the use of website analytics it made identifying the pages people wanted most easy. By performing an analysis of the most important pages of the Flex Air website we optimized their customer journey and made navigating the website easy for anyone.
