The
challenge
Caldwell Leasing, a trusted provider capable of handling small business accounts, commercial construction truck fleets, and sleek executive sales vehicles required an online workspace that reflected its true identity. The project required solving a few key issues:
Caldwell Leasing’s Old Website
Branding Mismatch
The previous website didn’t do Caldwell Leasing justice as a brand. Lacking internal pages, services, industries, and relevant imagery. They chose to target their core demographic of practical, hardworking business owners and fleet managers.
Navigation Congestion
Visitors managing small local operations were forced through the same industry wide generic layout as large logistics companies looking to lease dozens of work or service trucks, causing confusion and drop-offs.
Stagnant Inbound Leads
Low engagement rates and unoptimized conversion paths meant high-value commercial accounts were abandoning the site to look elsewhere for fleet setups.

SOLUTION
Aqaba Digital completely stripped away the cold, corporate design layers. In their place, we built an inviting, proudly American, stylized and welcoming website engineered for immediate utility and clear communication.
Industry Segmentation Strategy
We split the user journey right on the home page into three distinct, easily recognizable tracks: Small Business Vehicles, Construction Truck Fleets, Sales & Executive Fleet Vehicles, Transport Shuttle Leasing, and Non-Ambulatory Medical.
Service-Driven Landing Pages
Each core segment received a dedicated page packed with specific vehicle capabilities, custom lease structures, and direct solutions relevant to that industry tier.
Interactive Visual Elements
We incorporated animated information cards to break up complex lease specifications alongside smooth parallax image containers. These containers utilize slide-out, pop-up call-to-action (CTA) windows that catch the eye without disrupting the reading experience.
On-Demand FAQ Sections
To address common fleet management anxieties (maintenance responsibilities, mileage terms, upfitting costs), we built a quick-answer FAQ segment directly into the primary landing pages to resolve user hesitations immediately.
Centered, Sticky Navigation Framework
We implemented a centered, framed header navigation bar that stays locked at the top of the screen during scrolling, keeping quote requests and contact buttons within arm’s reach at all times.

The performance metrics captured during the website’s first 90 days (February 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026) compared to the exact same tracking window in 2025 demonstrate a massive shift in user interaction and lead volume:

WHAT WE LEARNED
- Authenticity Beats Corporate Gloss: We found that in traditional commercial sectors, an overly polished corporate look can breed skepticism. Designing a friendly, down-to-earth environment built immediate trust, keeping active users on the site nearly three times longer than the previous design.
- Contextual Answers Drive Actions: Placing clear, industry-specific FAQ blocks right at the point of decision-making drastically reduced conversion friction. Answering tough lease questions on the spot was the primary driver behind the 52% surge in contact form completions.
- Persistent Headers Anchor Complex Journeys: When a website serves multiple industries, users can easily lose their bearings. Keeping a framed, centered navigation bar permanently pinned at the top gave visitors a reliable safety net to request a quote no matter how deep they scrolled.
